The partnership enables OTYS users to distribute job adverts to online job boards through their familiar front office interface. Broadbeans behind the scenes response tracking technology monitors the source of each application and this allows users to see what job boards produce high caliber applicants that are put forward for roles. Using this information, OTYS users can produce an array of reports that enable them to make intelligent media buying decisions and reduce advertising spend.
